These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Industrial Hemp Farms website, online store, content, accounts, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Product availability and shipping eligibility vary by item and destination. You are responsible for reviewing the product page, label, available batch documentation, and our Shipping Policy before purchase or use. Agricultural products can vary naturally by batch. Website information is general product information and is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

Products and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless expressly stated otherwise. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction and the business, without limiting consumer protections or rights that cannot be waived. We are not selecting a specific court or venue in these Terms.
